How do I book?
From our website and immediately. Start by filling in the form, it is easy and fast. After completing the process with payment by credit card, debit or PayPal payment system it will be immediately confirmed. In a few minutes, thanks to the email, you will get the confirmation voucher with all the details and information about your visit: Contact phone, date of visit, time and meeting point where you will meet our guide.
Can I book on the phone?
No, bookings are only being looked into through our website by filling in the form.
Do I need to take along the printed confirmation voucher?
We recommend your printing it, even if you can have it on your cell phone, tablet, etc ... it will be much faster to identify you. If you do not have the voucher on you, you will have to wait for our guide to check the rest of the customers´ vouchers and then check yours.
If I'm late, will someone wait for me?
It is very important to be punctual, the entries have a calendar of access to the Nasrid palaces and that is why the late arrival’s consequences would be to be entitled to the visit and no reimbursement of it whatsoever.
I would like to make a private visit, but we will only be two or three people, is that possible?

How do I pay my booking?
Without any additional costs in the price of the visit, except the one your own bank charge you, you can do it by:
- Credit card or debit.
- Paypal (It is very simple and wont take but a minute).
Can I cancel my booking?
Reservations for the visit of the Alhambra can not be modified or canceled and therefore the import paid for these is not reimbursable.
You need my cell phone number?
It is not essential, but it is very useful to be able to contact you if anything unexpected arises.
Is it better to wait or book as soon as possible?
The tickets are exhausted quickly due to the limited capacity of the Alhambra and the Generalife. That's why it's recommended to book as soon as possible.
Can I leave the car at the Alhambra? Is there a parking lot?
Five minutes from the pick up with our guide there is an open 24-hour parking.
Can I make a visit with mobility problems?
The decision is up to you. Just keep in mind that the tour is done entirely on foot for about three hours.
I want to visit with my baby, do I have difficulties?
If you got a stroller, you will not be allowed to enter certain monument rooms such as Nasrid palaces , but the monument has a free baggage compartment.
